我孩子的经历都是真的，还用做吗？My child’s experiences are all genuine. Do we still need this?
要做，而且你正是我们服务的人。核查问的不是"你做没做过"，是"你现在能不能拿出东西来"。真做过的事，如果找不到当时的人、没有留下记录、也拿不出成果，在核查那边和编的没区别。我们就是帮你提前把这些东西找齐。You are exactly who this is for. A verification review does not ask whether you did it — it asks whether you can show that you did. A real experience with no referee, no timestamped trail and no verifiable output looks the same as an invented one. This audit gets that evidence in hand first.
这是不是在挑我孩子的毛病？Is this about catching students out? Are we being treated as suspects?
不是。报告只回答两件事：哪里会被问到、该准备什么。至于"怎么改写才不会被发现"，我们一个字都不写，这在产品里是写死的。报告上那个分数叫"核查关注度"，意思是这条被问到的可能性有多大、你该先补哪个，不是在评判孩子。No — and the product is built so it cannot become that. The report only answers what will be asked and what evidence to prepare. It never suggests how to reword something so it goes unnoticed, and the internal ranking never appears in any deliverable. The score in the report is a scrutiny-likelihood figure: it tells you what to prepare first, not what is true.
报告会说我孩子哪段经历是假的吗？Will the report declare an experience untrue?
不会。我们不下真假结论。名单里查得到的，写"已在主办方公开名单核实"；查不到的，只写"无法核验"，并且报告里会专门说明一句：查不到不等于不是真的。Never. We do not rule on truthfulness. When a public list confirms an honor we say so; when the list does not cover it we say only that it cannot be verified against public records, and the report states plainly that this does not imply the record is untrue.
你们能看出证书是不是 P 的吗？Can you tell whether a certificate was doctored?
看不出来，我们也不做这件事。印章、签名、字体这些要靠鉴定，不在我们的服务范围里。我们能看的是文件自身的信息有没有对不上的地方，只作提示，不下结论。No, and we say so explicitly. Authenticating seals, signatures, fonts or templates is outside the service. Anything we report about a document is a consistency or metadata observation, never a conclusion.
查出来一堆问题，是不是说明材料有问题？Does a long list of findings mean something is wrong?
不一定。条数多，多半只是说明"目前还缺证据的地方比较多"。经历越丰富、时间跨得越长，要补的地方自然越多。真正要看的是每条的关注度分，以及这些证据你补不补得上。Not necessarily. The count mostly reflects how many places currently lack complete evidence, and a richer, longer record naturally has more of them. What matters is each item’s score and whether you can supply the evidence.

把材料发过来。 活动列表、成绩单、简历、文书，还有任何能当证据的东西：证书、录取信、项目成果都算。尽量给原生 PDF；扫描件和照片我们会标出来，请你再补一份。Send the materials: activity list, transcript, résumé, essays, and anything that could serve as evidence — certificates, acceptance letters, project outputs. Native PDFs preferred; scans get flagged for you to re-supply.
签一份知情同意书。 数据怎么用、存多久、什么时候删，一页写清楚，签完才开工。Sign the consent form: one page covering the data terms. Work starts after it is signed.
3–5 个工作日拿到报告。 中英双语 PDF。读完你会清楚两件事：先补哪几样证据，以及孩子哪些细节得再讲一遍。Receive the report in 3–5 business days: a bilingual PDF. You will know which three pieces of evidence to gather first, and which details your child needs to be able to recount again.
