修订是新的产品方向，包括具体文字变化、修改理由和改后重读。目前工作台展示合成案例，真实材料的完整修订服务仍在准备。我们会按学校、申请季与材料确认可用的帮助方式；需要学生自行写作的部分，由学生完成新稿。Revision is part of the new product direction, with specific text changes, explanations and a second reading. The workbench currently shows synthetic examples; the full service for real materials is still in preparation. Assistance depends on the school, application cycle and material, and students write the new text where their own authorship is required.
工作台里的 AI 阅读是实时运行的吗？Does the workbench run a live AI review?
不是。工作台里的学生、材料和阅读结果都是演示用内容，阅读结果为预设。它让你比较原文、依据和修改后的表达，不能用来判断真实申请或某所学校的决定。No. The students and materials are synthetic, and the reading results are preset. The demo lets you compare wording, supporting facts and a revision. It does not evaluate real applications or predict a school’s decision.
我孩子的经历都是真的，还用做吗？My child’s experiences are all genuine. Do we still need this?
可以先看材料有没有需要核对的地方。同一件事在不同文件里是否一致？读者能否分清本人和团队的贡献？如果这些已经清楚，记录也齐全，未必需要完整服务。Start by checking what needs attention. Do the files agree? Can a reader distinguish the student’s contribution from the team’s work? If both are clear and the records are organized, a full service may not be necessary.
这是不是在挑我孩子的毛病？Is this about catching students out? Are we being treated as suspects?
不是。报告只告诉你两件事：哪些地方值得先准备，孩子可能需要把哪些细节再讲一遍。至于"怎么改写才不会被发现"，我们一个字都不写，这在产品里是写死的。报告上那个 0–100 分是准备优先级：分数越高越建议先看，它不是概率，也不预测学校会不会问。No — and the product is built so it cannot become that. The report tells you two things: where to prepare first, and which details your child may need to explain again. It never suggests how to reword something so it goes unnoticed. The 0–100 figure is a preparation priority: higher means start there. It is not a probability and it does not predict whether a school will ask.
名单里没查到，报告会给我孩子下结论吗？If a list has no matching record, does the report draw a conclusion?
不会，我们不下真假结论。先看查询范围——名单里找到了，就写明姓名、年份和奖级；当前名单里没有对应记录，就只写这个查询结果，不往下推。报告里会专门说明一句：名单查不到不等于事情没发生——很多名单本身就不公开姓名。No. Start with what was searched. When a list has the record we print the name, year and award level; when it does not, we report only that lookup result and infer nothing further. The report says so plainly: no matching record does not mean it did not happen — many lists publish no names at all.
你们会鉴定证书本身吗？Do you authenticate the certificate itself?
不会。印章、签名、字体的鉴定不在服务范围里。我们只看文件元数据和前后是否一致，遇到对不上的地方就写成一句具体的问题，交给你去核对。No. Authenticating seals, signatures or typography is outside the service. We look at file metadata and internal consistency only; where something does not line up, we write it as a specific question for you to check.
报告里项目很多，说明什么？What does a long list of items mean?
只说明这次要过一遍的地方有多少。经历越丰富、时间跨得越长，要收拢的记录自然越多。先看准备优先级，再看手上有没有对应的邮箱、记录或成果——别把条数当成对孩子的评价。Only how many places there are to work through this time. A richer, longer record naturally has more of them. Read the preparation priority first, then check whether you have the matching email, record or output — the count is not a judgement of your child.
材料交给你们，安全吗？Is it safe to send you our materials?
动手前先签知情同意书。材料只用在这一次服务里，绝不拿去训练模型，存在国内。交付后我们保留一年，方便你回头复核或再问，到期删除；你随时可以要求提前删。报告里孩子的名字默认留着，你说一声就去掉。A consent form is signed first. Materials are used only for this service, never to train any model, stored within mainland China, kept for one year after delivery so findings can be re-checked, then deleted — or sooner whenever you ask. The student’s name is kept by default and redacted on request.
